Brickfield win the U19 Cup

Written by The North East Welsh FA, June 25, 2019

Sunday morning saw better weather and we opened up with the U19 Cup final.  Mold Alex took the lead, but Brickfield responded to equalise.  The Wrexham side added two quick goals in succession to extend their lead and despite the best efforts of the Flintshire side, they just couldn't breakdown the organised defence.  It was good to see the U19 cup returning to NEWFA and we congratulate all teams that participated, but especially Brickfield Rangers who were the eventual winners.
